Comfortable but not up to par.
Staff tried all they could to be helpful and were very kind. Housekeeping is lacking with dust and disgusting coffee pots. Charging equipment such as alarm clocks & lamp outlets were worn out or didn’t work and had to be replaced. Booked adjoining rooms but after I checked in the other room was unblocked and sold to another guest. Very disappointed that management never contacted me to discuss much less offer any type of compensation.

I’m pretty shocked at the condition and service of this hotel with the cost. The rooms were dirty and musty, and the staff was not very accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are into gambling and just need a place a crash.

Decent stay
Everything was good for the most part. Our room had a smell to it upon entry but it wasn't terrible. Our TV remote batteries died and we couldn't turn it off trying to go to sleep. Someone showed up about an hour later with a replacement. Room service for breakfast was a life saver!
