It is the only property real close to highmark stadium. The price gouging was insane! The staff was rude, Most of the electric outlets in the room did not work so we couldnt even charge our phones and the heat shut off in the middle of the night. By morning it was 45 degrees in my room. Our total cost was over 500 for one night and it was a miserable stay!

1 bad night stay
This was my 3rd stay and had no problems before. On this recent stay our heat went out on the coldest night so far this year. Only brought us a tiny space heater for a king room. Also had a jacuzzi room and the jets stopped working. I paid almost $600 for the night and they refused to do anything about it. Didn't move us to another room or compensate us in anyway terrible terrible customer service.

4/10 Fair

I liked how close the motel was to the buffalo bills stadium and how close to restaurants and other stores in the area. But the room itself was very disappointing. The matress was the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress ive ever slept on. The toilet was wobbly and not secured to the floor properly. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. The shower floor was rotting under the shower and you could feel the soft spots in the floor. When we first initially arrived to the motel and walked in the room, the room stunk so bad we had to go to a store and get air fresheners.

Rude staff and dingy accommodations
Room was dirty and dingy. The toilet was filthy with old remnants of urine and other marks from previous bathroom usage. There was a urine stain on one of the rolls of toilet paper that were put out and a visible 3 inch stain on one of the towels. The staff was rude during every interaction I had with them. They shut the check-in window glass in my face multiple times when I was trying to communicate with them (I was never rude to them, only them to me). We let them know at check in that the second couple was going to be arriving the next day and we would provide their vehicle details at that time; when we went to do so, they told us we could only have 1 car and charged us $30. The only perk to staying here is if you want to catch a Bill’s game and have the convenience of walking across the street to get there. Personally, I will never stay here again.

8/10 Very Good

Everyone was very nice there! Only 1 complaint was our bed.. the mattress was very thin, and you could feel every single spring. But other than that it was a nice stay.

8/10 Very Good

We stayed there because it was so close to the stadium, and it was easy to get to after the game. For one night, was a perfect choice! Any longer, may not be as comfortable. Overall, happy with our stay, would stay again

Don't Bother!
If you are staying here for the Bill's game, don't bother. While the motel is in decent shape and was clean, they will not give you a room on the first floor, even though the rooms were empty! You have to check out by 9AM!!, then you have to pay 30 dollars to park there for the game, after you have paid for the room, and then if you paid for the room hoping to use your room until at least say 11, you cannot. We were hoping to have heat and a restroom until at least 11 while tailgating. If you are staying here for something other than the bill's game, there are nicer hotels for the price and you will not have to check out by 9am. We did not even stay here, we lost our money. We had an event in Buffalo that got cancelled and we would have stayed if we could have stayed a couple more hours in the morning and then not paid to park exactly where we were already parked. I know this lot fills up for tailgaters, but it is a pretty lousy way to treat your hotel guests. Paying to stay here should provide the perk of using the lot, or at least if you are paying for the room and then 30 more dollars to park, you should be able to keep the room until 11 or 12. Pointless to rent a room.
