ok but likely will not stay again
good location for the National Park. Desk personnel; during day was nice, night person was rude and unpleasant beyond belief. she literally said her job was "not to be nice" -- room was ok but smelled very musty and everything felt damp, I believe the PTAC unit needs servicing or similar. Room is not cleaned or new towels etc unless you request, I did but mine wasn't.

Would stay there again.
Enjoyed our 2-day stay. One thing could have been better--the sofa-bed needed a good cleaning to get rid of the stains. Also, it sat lower to the ground than normal, which is a little hard for seniors to get up on their feet. The tv lineup could have included NEWMAX. Other than that, everything else was good for the value. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Would stay there if we ever come back to Beckley. Great location for everything.
