I had to report a problem with mice after the first sleepless night. Housekeeping Staff were at the front desk when I reported it and they mentioned that this has been an ongoing problem. The mice were getting into the sugar packets so I had them removed from my room. After that I had no problems and will stay there again, It’s New Orleans so what do I expect. At least it wasn’t ghosts!

Exceptional 10.0
Good home base during FQ visit.
Near the French Quarter, inexpensive, enough room to be comfortable. You won't be spending your day in this room, hopefully - the room isn't huge, and there's enough just outside the door to keep you busy. Clean, cool, and good water pressure. Not much more's necessary.

Awesome Inn
I loved this Inn. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Free water was a plus! Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and bathroom was a great size. The steps are steep and narrow but not a deal breaker. I will definitely stay again when I come back to New Orleans!

Poor 2.0
DO NOT BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS! DON'T STAY HERE!
Nikki knew we were getting off a cruise ship & let us check in when the room was ready @1 instead of 3. That's where anything good about the property stopped. Found out that the nearby parking was literally almost 6 blocks away. It was supposed to be secure parking but one end of the lot was wide open. Cost us $30. (Wasn't happy to ck out & walk in the pouring rain to the car. We stayed in Room #21. As soon as you walk in the smell of mildew and mold hits you. Had to go buy air freshner and chlorox wipes to just be able to stand being in the room. Mold was growing on the walls in the bathroom. There was a huge hole in the ceiling by the window which is how the mosquitos were getting in. As well as the ceiling that had been cut open and taped with electrical tape. There was hair in the shower from previous tenants. Dust 3 inches thick on furniture and in the shutter doors in the closet and bathroom. Dust bunnies & mud in cracks & crevices. Sheet has black stains and the mattress protector has urine stains. Walls need to be repainted. The cable tv provided 1 station only. The floors hadn't been swept or mopped in wks. Black out curtains didn't fit walls & let light in as well as a window at the top of the door that shown light directly in our faces. Called desk 2 hrs to complain noone ever answered phone. Hot tub scummy. Just nasty! Ckd out & showed pics to desk clerk and he lol at me. Gave parking back. Called 2x. Mgr still hasn't called me back. Pics won't load!

Little inn
Wonderful little inn! 2 minute walk from Decatur or Bourbon, yet very quite and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We only had one problem with electricity and it was taken care of immediately. Nicole was very nice and showed us some of the main things we should hit which helped guide our trip:). 10/10 would recommend.
