Loved this hotel! The room was exactly as pictured. The check in & check out was easy. The staff was friendly. And most important, it was clean! If I had to complain about something it would be how loud the AC was but it wasn't completely unbearable. And just a tip to all future guests, the Reception is in the Second Building not the First. There is no restaurant on site but that was okay because the area offers endless options! The in room kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessities if guests chose to eat in the room or bring food back. This will now be my go to hotel when in the St. Sauveur area.

All in all a great experience!
We are from the states so were grateful for the bi-lingual staff. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Fun shower and "little" amenities! We knew we had a back view room and that it was on the lower level but no where in the pictures did we see the concrete wall/alcove that was our view out the sliding door. Pretty disappointing. The pictures I saw gave me the impression that we would at least have a little patio area with a table and chairs. I know that hotels need to put their best foot forward but it would be great if you knew exactly what you were getting when you booked! When we checked on the price of an upgrade we were told since we had paid in full thru we would forfeit our payment and have to just book new rooms for full price as they were unsure how to figure it out. No offer to investigate was made. We stayed in our original room and the hotel lost some income! That was the only "less than positive" encounter! All other staff and the housekeeping staff were all friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience! Loved the room….minus the view!

Wonderful Hotel
The Hotel is just off the freeway however you dont hear a thing. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large and stocked for all your needs. The only thing I did not like is the hours for the front desk close about 10 and dont reopen till the morning and the first floor rooms which we had the sliding door looks a a sold brick wall for all rooms on the first floor... But the room makes up for that it is very beautiful and makes you feel right at home for sure a place I would stay at again.

Nice hotel - steep hill
The hotel is beautiful - we almost missed check-in as we didn't realize it was only until midnight. We had a 16 foot cube van - drove to the top of the hill and were barely able to turn around. Perhaps signs "no trucks" should be posted - that hill is steep and there is not much room to maneuver a car let alone a large truck! We were able to park across the street - not ideal, especially when bringing luggage up the steep hill.

Perfect central location
Great location. Close to all the hills, highway, restaurants. Studio room very nice but odd location for tv and chairs and sofa-bed very uncomfortable. Still, I highly recommend.
