Mel’s couples nite out.
Our stay started out a little crazy but the night manager made it all better. Provided the accommodation needed for our stay. She was awesome and very kind. Will be back.

Great location, staff, rooms, dining facilities, health club etc. To have guests have to pay for internet access separately is not even close to the standard for hotels in this category

Not remotely worth it.
The room was dirty, hot and unpleasant. Vents were covered in dust. Like they haven't been cleaned in months. A/C didn't work properly. Ice bucket had some sort of slime all over the bottom. Bed was very comfortable, but the headboard had stains all over it, which leads me to believe they were the adult type. I complained and a very nice gentleman apologized, and offered compensation. I assumed he would offer me a free night or a room upgrade. Nope. He offered us breakfast or lunch. I was a bit taken back and said sure. Let's do breakfast. It felt like "sorry about the adult fluid headboard stains, here is some French toast. Of course at this point I'm just disgusted with my stay and contemplated just leaving. We had a busy schedule and no time to search for other rooms. So we just sucked it up and stayed. I go down the next morning and checked out and the gentleman was very pleasant and asked about my stay. I said it was subpar at best and he apologized, yet the female staff member gave my wife and I a disgusting look, like how dare we complain. She didnt say much and he said to take off 40 dollars in drinks we had. Once again, not acceptable. Here's the best part. I get my truck out of the hotels valet parking and it had a huge dent in the fender and the passenger side had fresh paint coming off from getting a door or something slammed into it. I finally lost it and the valet had the nerve to tell me it was old damage. That's when I lost it.
