Pool is good for kids, but room is terrible.
Pool was good for kids, but room was terrible. I felt room condition (3360) was too bad because mechanical sound was persisting all day during my stay. Especially in night time, it made us nervous. That sounded regular and repetitive. I still wonder what is that sound. In spite of this, my kid liked pool very much.

It was a good stay. Convenient and in walking distance to most of your activities.

Clean and Comfortable
Everything you need is in your room or a phone call away and no one bothers you unless you ask. The furniture is a little old but still comfortable. The pool and fitness room are great. It was a birthday celebration and the trip on the aerial tramway was amazing but dress warm if your planning on going soon because there is plenty of snow. The Kaiser Grill had awesome service and really good food, they also have an outside patio with plenty of heaters, try the grilled salmon or rib-eye steak... Very tasty

Too many kids!
They lost my reservation, and they also do not allow early check in! This was after I was assured on the phone that I could check in early. The staff can be a little rude, not only at the front desk, but in other areas as well.

Poor1.0 / 5
This is not a resort style, it is a 'glorified' hotel that charges the resort fees. Nothing is included as a resort would have, everything is an upcharge. No housekeeping, no valet, concierge works hard to give a sales pitch for the time-shares offered. It was uncomfortable just walking into the reception. No restaurants, no food past 8pm, the food we did have was served in plastic containers - looked like fast-food. The room was okay- said it was remodeled but fresh paint, new carpet and a new counter top in the bathroom does not constitute it as remodeled. Worse was the room next door was getting remodeled so the noise spilled into our room and debris spilled out from that room into the hall. Terrible experience.
