I booked and paid by credit card the full amount for my stay .Upon my arrival at the hotel for the check-in the manager at the reception informed me that I would have to pay again , making various assertions that I could not understand.After refusing to pay for many times, I decided to contact hotel.com and ask for help .They confirmed me that my reservation was paid and that I would NOT have to pay any extra.
When I was presented again at the reception for final settlement of the matter, I was greeted by Director who apologized to me for all the inconvenience I went through and confirmed to me that I would NOT have to pay any amount.At that time I felt that the matter was over so my family and I, (wife and 2 minor girls 3 years and 6 months old)went in the hotel restaurant for lunch.Later and when i was back the manager to my surprise,launched an unprecedented attack on my person in public and in the presence of dozens of people.After an intense altercation with this lady, she retired to her office to come back later and tell me that I would eventually NOT have to pay any amount.
As you can see, the purpose of my stay, was to spend a beautiful and quiet day with my family at the hotel premises.
Instead, I was treated with disgust by reception manager, humiliating me and slashing me in front of dozens of people who were there at the time, essentially suggesting that I tried to avoid paying.
