The room was very small

We had a great stay and Umesh was so helpful and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, the heated bathroom floors and shower were fantastic. My only complaint about the room was that a couple towels had stains on them, but as soon as I mentioned it they replaced it. I know we paid double what the hotel normally charges, because it was spring break. Because of that, I do wish the hotel had given us a break on parking. Their overnight rate plus valet tips ends up becoming pretty expensive. All in all though, this was a lovely, clean hotel in a beautiful neighborhood.

5 star comfort and luxury
Absolutely magnificent hotel, in a gorgeous, upscale neighborhood filled with great shopping and restaurants. I’m sorry I didn’t get to try the spa but if I ever get to return, I will. The staff is poised, polished, and very helpful. 5 Stars!

Needs a refresh
Needs a refresh. Once was one of the best in Toronto -- bunt longer. Hotel restaurant and bar felt worn and was filled with douchey stockbroker types. The room was ok but the mini bar was pretty much empty -- only a couple of sad sodas and a Kuering. Shower had no hot water the first day and the heated floors didn't work. They fixed it -- but offered no apology. Amenity products in the room were L'Occitane -- not a very upscale choice for a hotel positioning itself as upscale. Cheesy framed advertisements for their spa on the bathroom counter.
