Not a hotel!
Weird,Seemed like a low rent apartment complex, family living upstairs with kids making a lot of noise till 2 AM. Never saw an employee in two days. Not a place I would ever go back to EVER!

Check-in time
When we arrived at 2:00 the room was not ready, that was okay we were 1hr early the receptionist said she would call when it was ready. We left for the art festival thinking we would get a call from the reception in the next two hours well she never called us. We returned to see if the room was available at 6:30 pm. We finally was able to check in!!! The room was somewhat clean, the curtain was half hanging, and the pillows on the couch were stained and looked dirty. Everything else was fine. I would say it was an okay stay.

Great price, beautiful hotel and premises
Hotel was located off the beaten path of Park City however it shared a property line with the Marriott. The hotel has several units, like an apartment complex, and we were located in building 8. We were on the second floor and there is not an elevator so hauling luggage up was not very fun. The room was modern and large enough to accommodate a fireplace, 2 upholstered chairs with an end table between, small bistro table, small kitchen with a Keurig and Keurig cups, bathroom and balcony with two comfortable chairs. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. My only complaints would be the lighting was dark in the bathroom and the kitchen had one small light which made it dark also and that they do not have a fitness area or swimming pool associated with the hotel however there is a fitness facility attached (literally) to the hotel lobby. If you choose to use the facility, there is a substantial charge per person per day.
