Well located in central adelaide. Reception area is dated, but our 5th floor room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, with a good shower and strong wifi. Heather, the live in manager, was exceptionally helpful, even at a late after hours check in. Excellent choice for a reasonably priced stay.

The property is right near Rundle Mall. There is convenient paid parking across the road. The staff were super helpful at reception. Downsides are that the property needs a bit of renovation. The area is not the nicest and an experience of its own. The sound from the street outside echoes into the room at night. We wanted an affordable place to sleep - we got this. If we wanted a hotel to hang out at, then this is not the place.
