From the moment we arrived and were given a lovely refreshing welcome drink, to the gift when we left, it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and clean and the balcony was larger than expected. Lemoni restaurant staff were always welcoming to us, and the manager there went out of his way to always talk to us. The spa was also great and again the staff were superb, as were all the breakfast staff who welcomed us every morning in with a smile. All in all I was very happy, as not only were the surroundings perfect, but the private beach always seemed to have space.

Beautiful property, beach and area. Enjoyed every moment of it. The food was amazing, fresh and delicious. Room was clean and spacious. Even better if, they had at least water available for free during dinner time. Also, i like to have my coffee by the beach so the staff was super helpful to let me get my coffee to go before i return for breakfast. However, 2 days later, they were 'not allowed' to do that anymore so i had to sit in the restaurant and have my fresh cup of coffee with breakfast. Rooms/bathrooms would really be more efficient with additional hooks for towels and little more closet space. Staff was super helpful and amazing with very limited knowledge of English. When we needed extra pillows in the room and hand soap replacement, it took a couple of tries to get what we needed.

Don't think about it, this is the place you should book for your vacation. If you happen to read some of the bad reviews don't believe them, they must have been at some other hotel, some of the issues they had cannot possibly be true! We were a large group, had 3 rooms so I think I can speak in more general terms than a single experience. All the rooms are practically new. The layout is excellent, there is space to throw all your stuff around....or put it away if you like. The bathrooms are large and comfortable. Maintenance is quick....we had some water "escape" the shower enclosure, no harm done as it was eventually going to another floor drain but when we reported it the maintenance guy was there same day, issue resolved. Cleaning staff is attentive, we were repeatedly asked if we wanted new towels which they changed daily anyway. The premises are large with many things to do if you choose to stay inside. Free parking, multiple restaurants, a mini market for necessities, indoor arcade with many games, spa, multiple pools, tennis court, mini golf, the beach all of which we took advantage of and were always pleased with the experience. The tunnel leading to the beach is great but be advised there are still steps to go down...and yes up again so if that is something you can't do there is another beach at the sister hotel Lily Ann Beach 2 minutes away. The main restaurant which is buffet style has everything you can think of. After a week we were still discovering new things.

A dear friend recommended Athena Pallas hotel for our stay in Halkidiki. The minute we entered the lobby we felt in love with it. We loved the cleanliness, decor, quietness, and the elegant art pieces. We had a dinner at their lovely restaurant Dionisos which serves Ancient Greek cuisine. You have to try this and you may understand why we are still in sock. It was incredibly tasty and different from everything else we have tried in our lives. Thank you Athena Pallas team for making our visit so memorable.
