Nice hotel - Would Stay Again
We read months ago that the hotel has a broken elevator. It’s still not fixed. This is not a worry though. You just have to not be in a rush. The breakfast is fantastic. It’s from 7-10 am. If you skip it, you’re crazy. It’s included in the price of a room. The rooftop pool are beautiful views. Pool is small, but clean. However, the service is slightly tired. It’s HOT up there and the worker has to do everything. I had to go down to get towels from the front desk because the worker couldn’t just grab his house phone to call down to the lobby for towels. He told me he would go down, but after an hour of waiting, I just did it myself. That’s not to say he didn’t have other things going on. I really don’t know and honestly, it’s not my problem. I don’t struggle with money, but food in Rooftop is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Plan better. Go to the supermarket for snacks and drinks. The room: we had three beds, which is what we ordered. I called the hotel and asked if this meant an ocean view and was told yes. When we arrived, it was a view of a wall. No big deal, as life is more important outside. Air conditioning worked. The service of the front desk is excellent. The bellboys are excellent. The hotel also provides towels and umbrellas for the beach. You can rent a chair for cheap. Despite challenges, the hotel does well and we would stay again. The location is GREAT.

Right in the heart of Copacabana and across the street from the beach. Great breakfast buffet and the restaurant was excellent. Definitely would stay here again!
