Save your money
Staff I personally interacted with was kind, but I was given two keys that did not work for my door originally. I also had a room directly located by an exterior door that did not lock, and on the other side of my room was the boiler room or wash room for employees. For hours I could hear loud rap music coming from said room which led a should be comforting evening in to be stressful and annoying. The machines in that room also squeeled all evening keeping us away. The bathroom had someone’s hair left in it, and the door was rusted in spots and difficult to close. Room had a strange Oder like someone had previously been smoking in it. Would not stay again if given the choice, and would rather have my money back. I could have had a similar stay at a far cheaper hotel. We did not use the water park so I can not speak on that.

Great staff, rundown facility
Staff was great except lifeguards they were inattentive. Even in the corner chatting with each other. All other staff very warm and friendly. Facility was pretty rundown and dated. Musty smelling. Weird set up. Breakfast is upstairs in what looks like an old staff room. Seemed cluttered.

Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Spider on pillow case. piece of black dirt on sheet. Stains on carpet. At 2:15 woke up by several guests out in hallway talking and laughing very loudly.

Outlet was blown and hairdryer was burnt up. Cleaning rags left in the room. Cleaning fluid all over toilet paper. Only one slide worked in water park. Bowling alley was filthy and I’ve seen cleaner furniture in the trash dump. Games in the arcade were mostly all broken. Only thing good was the location. Hotel needs a serious update
