Great Hotel Near Madrid Airport
This is a terrific hotel for those needing to be close to the Barcelona Airport or those who do not mind taking the Metro to get around. For value, sleep comfort, and customer service you will not regret booking here. The hotel is exceptionally clean, has a nice bar, new furniture, a safe, decent quality bedding and towels and appears to be managed by people who take hospitality seriously. Check-in- Anna was at the reception desk when we arrived, and she was warm, friendly and informative. She smiled throughout the entire process and checked us in in a mere four minutes. Thanks Anna for the friendly reception! The room – The room was large and airy. The bedding was new, the bed was firm, and the wood floors were spotless. I would have appreciated a mini-refrigerator but the staff was generous when we requested ice. I appreciated the kettle, coffee and tea! The bathroom was large and had a huge shower. The toiletries were minimal and consisted of all-in-one shower/bath gel but the gel was sudsy! An extra towel was provided and the bathroom was spotless. Television – The hotel provides English speaking channels in the form of fake news from America and the United Kingdom but lucky for us, the reception for these channels was poor. The television is great if you like watching tarot card readers. Internet- The internet in at this hotel was exceptional.

Decent hotel, overall
Good hotel for the cost. Good service. Area seems transitional: if you stay around the Metro station nearby (Suanzes) there are lots or restaurants and shops and such; if you head south of hotel, it’s a lot of businesses and automechanic/car dealerships. Somewhat weird place to put a hotel, but the hotel is great if you’re budget traveling. No complaints.

Nice Hotel
It's a bit out of the city but if you can either figure out the new Metro card system or are prepared to walk half an hour, it's fine cos there is a station pretty much right outside. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms comfy and spotless. Taxi from the airport should cost around €24 as it did on the way back rather than the non meter con of €30 on the way in but that guy got very lost and pretty much lost out on the extra €7 he tried to extort from us. Not a bad price but take into account the taxi fare cos there is NO shuttle service. Overall... excellent
