Please update
Hotel needs some updating. Bath tub shower still had paint on the drain from last remodel. Shower curtain rod was balanced on tile, expanding rod.

Very Good8.0
Not to bad
Hotel is nice and comfortable. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and shopping. There is some road construction if you drive east. Breakfast is lame.

Wonderful Stay
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is recently remodeled and is in good shape. The king room was large enough to breathe in and has enough space, the breakfast is PHENOMENAL, and the wonderful woman working on the breakfast during this time took her shift seriously and made sure everything was re-filled and checked in periodically. She also kept the area spotless. The front desk was friendly, the hot tub was hot and extremely welcoming after a day out and about seeing the sights before our conference. Really no complaints. Housekeeping very friendly! We are so happy we chose this hotel to stay at and we would choose it again in a heartbeat. Location is also very convenient with stores nearby and in a good spot to visit some of the sights. I felt safe here.

Poor communication by Front Desk
We ended up booking this Hotel from the side of the road after a vehicle breakdown. All was well until we found out that it would take more than a couple days to repair, our second night stay was booked and good, then our third night came and we made sure the front desk had availability for one to two more nights and they confirmed yes. The next morning they were calling and kicking us out of our room because they said they had overbooked and we had to go. Turns out she never entered us into computer at front desk for last night requested. We had five minutes to get out because housekeeping was standing in hallway. Bad move on them and very unprofessional no apologies given by management either as they had to have seen our family sitting on the sidewalk the next few hours while securing another hotel by phone.

Expected more for over $120 a night.
We stayed here for one night while in town visiting family. The scent of cleaner filled the entire place. I don't know if it was piped in or what. Overall it was clean BUT there were some issues. First off, the room my sister stayed in had a fist hole in the bathroom door. Our room was clean but had only one blanket on the bed. No bedspread or comforter. I called the front desk to request another blanket as the heater was loud and didn't want that running all night long. I was told ok only to be called back a minute later to be told they didn't have any. My husband went down to the front desk to inquire about this and was told they didn't have any. When he said he would be contacting their corporate office, the manager said that they were a franchise. Within 5 minutes there was a knock at our door and a blanket was suddenly found. The woman told my husband that they had to go to another hotel to get one. Strange thing is that it was the exact same color as theirs and was warm like it had just come from the dryer. Why lie??? The hot water didn't get too hot. The toilet paper and towels were like using sandpaper. The bed however was comfortable. Won't stay there again.
