House keeping need to be improved.
Hotel located only few minutes walked to sky train which able to transport to almost anywhere in the Thai cities by train. House keeping did not do a good job to clean our room or will skip not to clean the room.

Should not be a 5 star hotel. Great amenities but cleanliness was very poor. Room had mold growing everywhere, in the bathroom and in the kitchen. As soon as we checked into the room, the room was hot and musty. Didn’t feel like it was cleaned properly at all. Mystery stains in carpet and couch. Wouldn’t stay here again

Great staff but bad building
The staff and area were great but building is in decaying stage. Need some urgent renovation as well putting some sort of sound barriers in rooms facing main road. The noises from traffic would not allow one to sleep and I had this problem for entire duration of 6 days my stay there. Also they need to let guests know that making noises in corridors disturb other guests.
