Great chain, but this one needs improvements
I know the hotel is under renovation, but didn’t know that when I booked the stay. So was a bit unhappy with that. I am sure they are updating and expanding the dining area as it is WAY too small for the size of the hotel. We ended up not having our included breakfast one day as there were too many people and no tables available, and we didn’t want to take up to our room as we were heading out. The next day we had the same issue and took our breakfast to the meeting room as it was open and empty. On checkout I waited 5 min for some to show up at the desk and then had to seek out someone to help me find someone. There used to be 6 pillows on the king beds, now there are 4 - I have neck and shoulder issues and it was always perfect with 3 pillows. Minor complaint, but something noticeable. The bathroom was VERY small, and it took 5 min for the lights to brighten up. I know about saving energy, but the are new LaeD lights that don’t have a warmup time. Have stayed in three other hotels in the Bozeman area that I like better, wanted to give this chain a chance as it is our usual chain, but will probably go back with what I know works in Bozeman.

Lots of other places in Bozeman to choose from
This is a ‘u get what u pay for’ hotel. The property is poorly maintained & everyrhing is as cheap as possible including the bedding: 1 upon arrival main elevator didnt work / intermittent 2 closet door fell off tracks on to our kiddo 3 sheets for sleeper sofa were used & dirty. 4 only 1 blanket in the unit for 2 beds. 5 bathroom door didnt latch shut or lock 6 disposal didnt work / kitchen sink clogged full of food for 1 day 7 photo of room featured oven - no oven in room. only tiny glass cooktop 8 refrigerator froze everything 9 pots & pans all cheap with rounded bottoms. useless on little glass cooktop

Test night for possible month long stay
Requested and top floor for the quiet work environment. Unfortunately, so was a family with no less than 5 children. Running loudly non stop thru the halls, the last straw was at 9:50 pm when they were bouncing off my room door. The front desk clerk offered to come to the floor but the "quiet hour" wasn't until 10 pm. Check out clerk assured me they try to place families on lower floors for this very reason. Saving the top floor or business people needing quiet, etc.
