There are better places for same money or less
Air conditioner(s) quit in the middle of the night, wifi was worse than horrible, tv connection was mostly static even after they fixed the connection, breakfast was less than expected. The staff was very nice and room was nice and clean but the hotel amenities need a lot of help.

Rooms smells bad, water leaking, noisy a/c
My first impression with my room was dissapointed, smells bad/old/humed. I try to ask for their van shuttle twice, never was available for me, it seems like they are focused on their long time customers, it happens the same thing in moring breakfast, they have two areas, it seems like one is better than other, I took the "basic one",

Comertable and convenient stay
this is my 2nd time in this hotel. i like to stay as rooms have kitchen, fridge and microwave oven which makes it comfortable stay . it also has self use washer and dryer in building for a nominal cost. Though not in city center there are some restaurants, supermarket, shopping nearby.

Hotel limpio, cómodo y con muy buena atención
Muy rica estancia, la atención rápida y eficiente tanto para check in y check out. Habitaciones limpias y confortables. Desayuno rico y el café muy bueno y disponible a toda hora. El único detalle es que la alberca estaba fría aunque decían era climatizada, pero bueno el clima no ayudo mucho. Sin duda volveríamos a tomar el cuenta este hotel para viajes futuros.
