Location was good. Very short walk to get to the acropolis. Our reservation said city view, but instead we were looking at the back of the canopy that covers their outdoor restaurant. We made the mistake of leaving the window open the first night. We killed 5 mosquitoes the next morning, which had obviously feasted on us overnight. We kept the AC on after that. There was a lot of street noise until midnight, with or without the window open. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Confirm you have a room before you show up!!
We stayed on two separate occasions. The first time, they said there was no room and made bed us to a sister property of theirs in a crappy location. We had prepaid for the stay, so how did they not have a room and why did they not let us know prior to our arrival. We were not the only ones with that issue.

I have searched many hotels for our trip to Athens, and this hotel has been the first one on my list. When I was able to book it, I was excited for my family and planned our itinerary. We arrived at the hotel happily and my husband tapped me on the back for making a good choice for a hotel and the location is awesome. but our happy faces turned into sadness when we were told they do not have a room for us and that they will transfer us to a different hotel. No offense to the other hotel, they sent us to the hotel that is situated in the area that I have been avoiding in the first place. So disappointed. it did ruined our trip.

Received a room with AC unit not working, only in fan mode (even though temperature set to the minimum). First was offered a room with a very bad smell, but then this other room on the basement with the problematic AC unit.
