Property is ugly. No response to fact that we could not arrive until after 2 am due to ferry problems. They had been informed. No adjustment to checkout time. Included breakfast extremely limited. Huge upcharge for complete breakfast. Staff very unhelpful. Price high for what you get. WOULD NOT STAY HETE AGAIN!

The property was not as good as I expected. Needs a bit of TLC in some areas. The blockout curtains in our room were well worn and had many holes letting light through. Food and drinks were a bit overpriced. Another thing rang many times to let them know we would be late and the phone just kept ringing out.
