Family weekend
We arrived late but our room was ready and the front desk started nice and accommodating. The room was in perfect condition and clean. It was also very quiet although full of guests. The pool was so enjoyable and my kids enjoyed getting to play basketball on the court. Very relaxing with great shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

Keep Looking! Housekeeping Blues!
Save your frustrations and stay elsewhere. Booked and paid for a suite with a pullout to accommodate our company. Double checked upon arrival and were all (including front desk staff) surprised to realize it was bolted and disabled. We were offered a broken rollaway with a stained mattress and ripped corner exposing dirty foam as compensation. The filth on the floor reminded us to keep our tired feet in our shoes for the whole night. I will share the bedroom floor pictures but spare you from the bathroom filth. The hair, coins, paper, nail clippings, earring and more that welcomed us there were enough to make us consider sleeping in the car.

Hurricane stay
We just stayed one night to get away from hurricane Nate, and everything was fantastic. Clean, quiet and a very friendly staff.

Hotel was ok. Nothing special. I feel it’s overpriced at $185 plus tax a night (With tax it was $215) for a standard suite which to me seemed like a standard room with a kitchen that I didn’t really need. I feel it should have been priced somewhere around $139-$149 per night maximum. Probably wouldn’t stay there again based on price and quality of room.

Disappointed
Asked for a room away from the elevator but got a room only steps from the elevator with the A/C units outside. Too loud. Children shouting in the halls. Someone brought a dog into the breakfast area and staff did not make them leave. For a relatively new building it showed a lot of wear.
