Enjoyed the property and will return
Great location on beach. Fantastic pool complex. Meticulously maintained grounds. They forgot to text us when our room was ready but that was the only thing that was less than 5 stars. We had a 1 BR condo, which was very spacious and well appointed. Tastefully decorated. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Having stayed at many beach locations, I understand they take a beating. As such I would strongly suggest the owner have a furniture repair specialist touch up the nicks and worn places on the wood cabinets or furniture. It would make the unit look virtually brand new despite it having some wear.

Excellent stay
We had a great stay at Las Palomas. Our condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. All staff members we encountered were polite and helpful. The views are beautiful! The beach was clean and we loved having such easy access to the beach. The pools were great too. Unfortunately, it was too cold (in February) to use all of the pools, but the heated pools were perfect. The one drawback of this location is that you need to drive into town for meals if you want to eat anywhere other than the one on-location restaurant, but it is only a 10-minute drive. This is a great place for a relaxing beach vacation.

Disappointed with grounds and customer service
Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We payed for a buffet breakfast through the app, $20 per person per day, for 4 adults. WAS NOT A BUFFET BREAKFAST, WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA A LA CARTE ITEMS. Went to customer service in hotel who did not help at all, couldn't even offer a refund. Breakfast costs less at hotel than pre purchasing, DO NOT purchase on the Hotels.com app. A lot of construction being done on property, couldn't use talapas, lazy river or some pools.
