Great location within a short walk to a convenience store, restaurants and bars. #6 bus every 10 mins right outside will take you all the way to the Old City and back. Or elsewhere. Our room was great, sizeable with a great bathroom and large balcony. Comfy bed and pillows. A couple of times things in the room or bathroom weren’t replenished but as soon as we asked they were supplied. On the Saturday night a very loud party happened on the beach side and didn’t finish till 1am. Not what you expect in a 5 star hotel and it was very disruptive. When my husband talked to the front desk about it the next morning they couldn’t apologize enough and as a token they offered us free dinners each night in the restaurant buffet for the rest of our stay, another 8 nights. Didn’t make up for lost sleep but the gesture was much appreciated as the restaurant was excellent! Varied menu and freshly cooked food. Great service and a great location overlooking the Adriatic. The breakfast buffet was also varied and delicious. Staff could not have been better. They spoke excellent English and were happy to help with anything. Would definitely recommend.

This is an amazing hotel with spectacular views and an incredible entrance. It is beautifully located in Lapad with a private beach out front. The hotel itself is very clean, classy and has lots of extras such as the Piano Bar with live music, extensive wellness area and both the high quality Main restaurant.But it is the staff that truly makes this hotel exceptional, from the cleaning personnel to the waiters at the restaurant to the front desk office, everyone is very kind, friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met.We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future and would honestly recommend staying at this hotel to everyone who wishes to visit Dubrovnik, Croatia. Our room and balcony were very spacious but they also had breathtaking sea views, perfect for sunsets. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby for all 5 nights. Choice of food in the buffet restaurant was excellent and all the staff we had contact with were extremely helpful and polite. I had a very pleasant stay.
