Good facility, poor room
What I liked was the pool club (Aqualuna) I had access to. Yes it was busy but it’s peak time and yes very noisy music/dancing at times. It provided towels. For more peace I liked the small rooftop with the jacuzzi (very cloudy looking…didn’t go in). Breakfast was the same every day but nobody would go hungry. I ate on 9th floor. I got the impression some ate at floor 0 so maybe it was different there. I loved the view. My bedroom, however, was one of the worst I have had since club 18-30s hols, It was the cheapest on offer but still over 110 euros per night. The shower leaked into the bathroom, was part blocked and had the messiest mastic I have seen for a long while. The sink pedestal was held on with a spring. Toilet smelt of urine (could be worse?). There was no real place to put stuff in bathroom either. The windows faced an inner shaft so no view. TV didn’t work at first at all. Yellow pillow I was offered an “upgrade” at checkin - it was 5 mins away up a side street to an Neu brand apartment which was not handy for breakfast/pool etc and not the hotel I booked (poor communal areas, 1 stinky lift). Maybe someone else would have been thrilled with windows and space. The soundproofing to corridor was terrible. I was woken by someone coughing as they passed by and I had earplugs in! One of the 2 lifts to the terrace was out of order mostly. I came to the conclusion I was paying more for the hotel facilities than for my room which I did enjoy

Such a great hotel in a equally great location. Comfortable and clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Super breakfast but busy! Wonderful view from top floor bar. Food there disappointing but worth it for the view!
