A fine 3 star hotel, with potential for more.
Central location near Santagma Square. Great rooftop terrace with amazing view of the city and Acropolis that could be spectular if the hotel fitted it out with proper seating and a bar. Alas, it is quite sparse.

Poor1.0 / 5
Other nearby budget hotels looked much better.
Nothing positive to say about this hotel. The rooms and showers are smaller than normal. Water pressure in the shower is strong, but it alternates between hot and cold by itself. Could be other rooms flushing. There was a water puddle to the side of the toilet, as if it leaked. The bathroom air vent lets you hear the maids arguing, all morning. The visit started with an extended power outage the first morning. During a one week stay, two of the nights had strong odors in the room, once like a bug spray, once like an old folks home. One of the the towels had a salty/sweaty smell. One night, it sounded as if a rat was scurrying back and forth in the overhead metal air vent. All the room doors stick, so that neighboring rooms loudly slam them shut all night long. The rooftop lounge was closed, no food or drink service. Just a bunch of old tables to use for taking skyline photos. No view from my room. The location is OK, but similarly priced hotels were blocks closer to the best night spots.

It was my second time staying at the hotel. Need I say more.

Great place if you are looking for something small to just sleep in. My room resembled a small dorm, which was perfect for me.

Disappointing.
This hotel is overrated in all travel-sites reviews sections I've consulted with. The hotel is not comfortable nor pleasant and should not have a favorable rating. The room is crammed, old, and feels as if you are sleeping in an 1970s office room turned into a bedroom. Because this hotel is so overrated online, I no longer trust online reviews. My stay in this place was disappointing to say the least. If you are used to 2-3 stars U.S. hotels you will feel very uncomfortable in this hotel.
