Uncomfortable
The bed was disappointing...too hard and just not comfortable for a good nights sleep. Also, the ice bucket should be somewhere other than beside rooms. All night people were hitting up the ice and we did not enjoy a good nights sleep. The commode also squealed and the towels were like washboards. I have never seen towels in a $200+ a night hotel room so hard. There was no fluff left and if you rubbed hard, you could tear skin, I believe. We go to Lakeland every year for the r/c events and have stayed at this hotel and we do not remember these issues. Please lower the price per night or fix these issues for future guests. Thanks so much.

Good Stay
The room was clean and spacious, we had the King basic studio suite. Check in was pleasant and easy. They offer a basic breakfast, i.e. fruit, granola bars and coffee. Good quick overnight stay.

We arrived late, 1:00 am, check in was slow, we were tired, and the bed sheets had female stains on the comforter! We both slept on other bed- and left early the next day. Will never stay there again.

I've seen better
I arrived just 45 minutes before check- in, but they would not allow me in a room and did not offer any options while waiting. I was charged an unexpected $13 resort fee. Other hotel guests were very noisy (especially the slamming doors). My wife disliked that lack of a toilet lid.
