Friendly and Fair

Friendly front desk staff and didn’t double charge or up charge the way every other Mexican place and car rental has since we got here. They actually UPGRADED our room for free so I was impressed after getting scammed twice in the first hour of arrival at the airport. Only stayed one night the first night we arrived in Cancun before leaving for our vacation in Akumal. Clean, amazing pool, beautiful ocean. Would stay here again if I’m back in Cancun for sure.
