Can’t even begin to recommend! Very unhappy!!
I very, very rarely leave a review, but felt that I must this time as I dont want others to repeat our crappy experience here. We had to travel, and chose this hotel because we felt it was the safest option to get to our destination and then stay put in -35 weather, only to find out when we arrived that the restaurant was closed and the casino due to a staff function. We were assured that was only going to be for the first night of our stay, so we decided to stay, but that turned out to not be the case, as on the second night, once again, the casino and the restaurant were closed due to Christmas parties. We paid more for this hotel than we would’ve for others because of the convenience of the amenities that were not listed as unavailable during our stay. In addition, the hotel is under construction as others have mentioned, but what we failed to understand is that the workmen were working on the floor above our heads while we were still sleeping in the morning, and the dust in the building is ridiculous as well! We are extremely unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel! Just a note, I have stayed here in the past, several years back and it was a great place to stay. It’s unfortunate that it is what it is today.
