Was fine once ,a pleasant memory.
I was booked before and was charged again by property on arrival. Great stuff huh? This place was pleasant in the past but that is history now. You get people slamming bathroom doors above you and wish you slept in your car. Good luck to you.

Very disappointing, after receiving an email in January confirming a ground floor room, we arrive to be told there are no ground floor rooms available, after showing the email the receptionist tells us, there are no 3 bed ground floor rooms, so we were given rooms on top floor and further from steps, for someone with a wheelchair! Rude lady, unhelpful and bad unhelpful attitude.

Reasonable value for a short stay.
Staff helpful and friendly but room needs refurbishing as looked tired and worn. Bathroom door didn't fit so couldn't close properly and unfortunately we had noisy neighbours in the room next door coming and going into the early hours, last heard at 4am so felt a little insecure.
