Rooms were clean. Unfortunately a bit loud and bright light outside the window made it difficult to sleep

Key to a happy hotel stay. DONT STAY HERE. TRUSTME
14hrs stayed out of our 5 day reservation. Room infested with bugs, even saw the mattresses in the dumpster the next day. The description of it being a resort style hotel is BS because the pool was in a tiny courtyard near the bar and it closed mad early even though it didn’t say that in the info online. I’m fact they made it sound like it was open later than most hotel pools. My 1yr old crawled around the room for 15 mins before bed and his legs were almost black from dirt. The floor hadn’t been washed like ever. The beds were the most uncomfortable ever. The young girl at the front desk was the only decent part of the stay. Her name was Gabby and she felt so bad about us having to lounge in the lobby at 7am because we jumped out of bed running from mast bugs of the tiny variety. Also the manager was not compassionate. He snickered when I showed Him the bugs and said they were harmless. So I told him nobody wants to sleep in a room where there were most likely thousands of bugs crawling on them in their sleep. Especially a baby that can’t say anything. Don’t believe their description and stay away.

The hotel itself is OK. The staff is friendly and it's in a quiet part of Miami Beach. However, the part about free parking is a bit of a fib. Yes, there are a few spots to park for free, but unless the place is half empty, you aren't going to get one. One can park in the Library lot across the street for free overnight and then get up before 8 and feed the meter for most of the day though. Also, you can park on the street. Bring your own coffee. The suite is well equipped, but no coffee. Otherwise, lovely. I'd go again.
