Disappointed
Got to the property at 5:00pm on a Sunday and was told they did not have any king bed rooms ready and had to wait 1:30 min for one to be cleaned. T.V in room didn’t connect to Netflix, Showtime etc., called front desk only to be given a number to a off site company that I had to call to try and resolve the issue which was not resolved. Room was clean and neat but bed was too low to the floor and did not sleep well. Pool was not working floors through facilities were cracked. Elevator need key card access to get to your room which made visitors difficult. Breakfast only had eggs and Turkey sausage. Would have stayed elsewhere but reservation was non refundable. Will not be staying at property again.

The staff was very rude. The entire floor and elevators smelled so strong of pot my eyes were tearing. Coffee and food was cold. Never staying there again.

No breakfast after Xmas day
In my opinion, the manager of this lovely facility needs training on delegating tasks to staff in order to free his own time to be more congenial and accommodating to guests. My husband had the misfortune of being told the wrong time for breakfast on Monday December 26th – he was quoted 7 – 10 am and arrived for breakfast at 9: 30am only to be told by an exasperated manager that, the days breakfast ended at 9, no matter what the guest was told by staff. A few other guests came to have breakfast having been told the same time and, again, the manager told them that breakfast was over. My husband accepted what he was told by management and how the manager said it, but made a mental note that This is a training problem. We were guests at this hotel from December 24 until the 27th ;and during that time our experience with the front desk team was that they very much desired to be helpful but simply did not know or had not been trained. For example, the streaming of Netflix had slowed to buffering, so the font desk was called. The agent came to the room and confessed he had no idea how to fix the problem. Then I contacted the front desk and asked if the laundromat took credit cards or only quarters and after being placed on hold for several minutes, I was told that it took only quarters. But when I got to the laundromat, there was instructions on the wall for credit card payments. This, in compilation of the missing breakfast, prompted me to write this review.

The hotel itself is convenient to many things. Our room was decent but our shower was clogged, there was a shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom but was empty and the beds were not up to standard expected from a Marriotts. Overall stay was ok.
