Avoid the breakfast unless you enjoy bugs
Bathroom had small amount of mildew around tub. Trash was found behind curtains. During our first breakfast the orange juice machine dispensed a cup of orange juice and no less than a half dozen bugs. Obviously it was our last visit for breakfast.

We stayed there on one of the hottest weekends of the year. We had no AC for an entire day Sat 8/13 until approx 11pm at night. That was horrific after spending the entire day outdoors and looking forward to cooling down in our rooms but were unable to do so. Our door wouldn't lock and there was no safe to put our values in. I had to carry everything with me at all times. We had three engineers attempt to fix the door but to our disappointment, it was never fixed. The carpets were filthy. My sons white socks were literally black after walking around our room. Overall, location for baseball was convenient but would never come back considering what we got and how much money we paid for the room.

Price too high with no breakfast included. Very small pool and they never give a late checkout.. Checkout is at 11:00a but if your child next game is not until 5pm they will not extend ur stay and basically you are locked out of the building because your no longer a guest. My poor 3 year old daughter had to bake out in the sun and 90 degree temps for 6 hours until my sons game started.. Shame!

Good but a restricted fortune
The hotel was very nice but way too expensive and there are too many rules.

Stay away, Overpriced!
Hotel was WAY overpriced! They over charge for EVERYTHING! They are clearly taking advantage of the fact that the people are staying for the Ripken Experience. The "rent a cop" security guards were rude and disrespectful, actually kicked a group of parents out of the lobby at midnight and were totally out of line. If I were to come back to Ripken again, I will certainly stay somewhere cheaper, $260 a night with terrible service and over priced food and drinks ($6 for a beer) no free breakfast. Stay away this place is a rip off!!
