Great but....
As usual everything was great. The only complaint I have is the pillows. They are the most uncomfortable pillows to sleep on. You need two pillows to be somewhat comfortable.

Unhappy with their checkin procedure
We arrived at 2:30 for a 3:00 check in. We were told they dont allow checkin until 3. We had just driven 10 hours and were ready to relax and then had to wait another half hour to check in. I tried to cancel it and rebook somewhere else and.realized it was non-refundable. I can see being delayed in checking in at a tourist location but this hotel was NOT busy.
