Two-room updated college dorm great value
Loved this “hotel” (yes it’s a college dorm suite, but way nicer than the dump I dormed in college). I loved that it had two rooms with doors so we could let my toddler nap and give the parents a little space. The water pressure was low and you have to pay $5 a day to park but I would stay here if I visit Toronto again.

Not worth it
Not recommended. We stayed at this hotel for a week. Our sheets were supposed to be changed once every 4 days, never got changed. We complained a couple times and got tired of it. Pillow cases were yellow, just didnt feel clean. The only pro is it's a 20 min drive to downtownToronto. Wont stay here again.

Great place if you don't mind driving
This place is usually a dorm building for the college, but you couldn't tell at all! Everything was so clean and modern, so for the price I was very surprised. There was a kitchenette in the room, plus a Subway, Tim Hortons, and convenience store in the first floor of the building. The only downside to this whole place was the fact that it was a half hour drive into Toronto, but that was easily overlooked for the comfort, cleanliness, and great price we got!
