Best and cleanest hotel.
We stayed in USA for 2 weeks and spent nights at 5 different hotels and different cities and this hotel was the best among them. Only disadvantage for us was 1 hour drive to most of attractions e.g. legoland, disneyland, and universal studios. Room was spacious, new, clean and has everything you need.

Fan cannot be off with the very loud noise
there are problems that ruined the stay. The worst is the air conditioner/fan system. It cannot be turned off, even if the wall thermostat says off. And it is VERY LOUD. All night!!! No one can sleep with such LOUD noise from fan, especially one on the top of the ceiling close to the front door.

It was ok
The room was clean, but the bed was not. The phones were down so I had to walk to the front desk to be told they don’t have enough tennis balls to catch the hair in the laundry so hair on the sheets is a reoccurring problem. It grossed me out. The sheets were changed but I was uncomfortable. I did like the mini kitchen with a fridge & microwave. If they got their act together with the laundry I would stay again, but not any time soon.

The stay was great and the manager was very helpful and took care of only 1 problem and that was the AC units just leaked water over my suitcase and my cell phone but Tiffany was awesome at handling everything and refunded me for the room. But everything was awesome and the place was very clean and just a nice stay.
