Horrible
We got to our room and realized the AC was broken, continuously blowing cold air. We had our 11 month old with us and this wasn’t going to work. My husband went to the front desk and they were aware of the issue and put us in the room anyway. We were refunded our money but didn’t have a room to stay in, they were booked.
