Good location, clean, welcoming staff
This hotel is in a good location close to the Hotel de Ville and near plenty of restaurants. It was a basic room, but was a decent size, clean and comfortable enough. The shower was powerful and the temperature of the water was easily controlled, so bonus points for that! The reception staff were really friendly and very helpful, and made us feel welcome despite our limited French. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on this - there are plenty of cafes nearby as an alternative. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Poitiers.

Nice size room, quiet, large comfortable bed, very clean, central location, friendly polite and English speaking staff. Arrived before checking in time and a great bonus the room was available. Please note no air con in room just a fan. Will be staying again on our next visit

Being greeted by staff, while still in my car, and shown to an on-site parking spot, was very welcoming after a long drive. The staff generally were excellent. The location was excellent, and easy to drive to (not always the case in busy city centres). The hotel was nice. I thought the room was good, a little small perhaps, but my wife liked it it so...

This hotel is made up of a series of buildings filling a whole block just at the entrance of the pedestrian zone, near restaurants, roman ruins and more. Just a lovely welcome and rooms with great color schemes with fun sayings and instructions stenciled on walls, doors etc. The breakfast is a NOT-TO-MISS. Many locally or homemade products, and a great mix of sweet and salty: you can boil an egg, have homemade jellies, get a cappuccino and a fromage blanc. Setting and food are unbeatable and completely worth the price. When weather is good the garden is really nice too.
