Ruby Room, Chicago
Worse hotel ever!!!!!!
It was horrible you have window unit air conditioning that you can hear everything through, the train, people talking, ambulances, police. Dirty I felt like it had bedbugs, furniture torn up, when you turn the hot water on you smell gas. I checked out a day early even though it was paid for.

Peaceful, relaxing stay.
My husband and I stayed just one night at the Ruby Room while attending a concert at the United Center. Our room was lovely, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We did have three flights of stairs, somewhat narrow and winding, but we knew that when we booked. We enjoyed opening the windows for the fresh air and cool breeze. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was throughout our stay.

My wife and I Had a wonderful time at the Ruby Room. It was a pleasant surprise to actually rest in a room designed for quiet, relaxation and comfort. We will definitely like to come back for an extended stay.

Ruby room left there posting available despite being closed. Assured me they would get me a prompt refund. None of these things occurred. You had better call well in advance to see if this is even a real place to stay.

Careful...Chicago parking tickets are expensive!
Ruby Room was as expected. Great products and bedding (spa influence). No TV, which I enjoyed. Husband, not so much. Only negative: Staff told us where we could park. When we parked there we got a $75 ticket!! Still don't know where I would park if I returned.
