Loud AC
The hotel was nice, clean. I called for towels and extra bedding and it was sent up. Staff was very pleasant. My husband is a car hauler so we are traveling with our 3 children from CA to AZ to MO and home to Alabama. After a very long day we checked in, took showers and went straight to bed. During the night the AC radiator or unit started rattling SO loud. I had to get up several times to keep shutting it off. With the AC off the room got hot and with it on it was so loud we could not sleep. I notified the front desk when checking out so they can have someone look at it before the next customer checks in and she seemed to shrug it off.

Pleasant surprise!
This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The way the hall and rooms are laid out were really nice. Angled door entries, plus nice in-room floor plans. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had extra touches such as a couple of wrapped paper plates and silverware in the microwave area. It's funny how many times we've ordered Doordash, and not hand anything to eat off of! The breakfast buffet had pre-made sandwiches and frittatas, plus a waffle maker. The oatmeal was a little slimy (they were getting ready to close the area), BUT I have never seen so many topping options! The usual brown sugar, raisins and chocolate chips, but also many more, like walnuts, craisins, and various seeds! This hotel also had a great indoor heated pool, and an outdoor spa. We would definitely stay here again!

My coffee maker had a old smelly coffee pod in it in my room my bathroom could have bin swept or mopped my sink could have bin rinsed out other than that all was good
