What a disappointment! It is right next to a football stadium so it gets loud and extremes busy. Upon arrival i found out that you have to pay 18 € per 24hrs for parking!!! They had unfolded a sofa bed for the kids which had massive gaps on both sides. When i requested extra pillows i had to walk down to reception as the phone was not working. Dont get me started on the beds and pillows. What a horrible horrible bed! Never again.

Disappointing for a Hilton. Requested room service - which is clearly advertised in the room but was told no an to go to the restaurant. Having included breakfast with my room, I was told it wasn’t included!! Room was nice and clean, Restaurant was good with great service.
