Horrible! Although the owner was really nice the room was very bad ! Hotel .com did not tell the owner that we had pets. 2. Nothing was plugged in (TV, radio, desk lights etc). 3. Bedding was very, very poor. Old sheets and comforter. I had bites all over me. Towels were very old and the room smelled. 4. Had to make appointment to use spa and when it was time to use the spa it was not working. You would think that they would verify if spa was working. Several inquires regarding the wi-fi. Was told that they have bad service in the area but come to find out they changed their passwords. Hence the reason why I could not log in. I found out what the password from other quest. The manager did not know that the password was wrong. Again blamed the service but I was able to get connect using another hotels wi-fi. Strange.....

Creepy, filthy and overpriced
This place was a complete dump. I'm not sure why the name "Inn & Spa" conjured something nice, and for the comparatively extraordinary price I paid I expected a bit more. The women who checked me in was pleasant enough. That is the only good thing I can say about this whole ordeal. The room was musty smelling and everything in it looked dirty, stained and dinghy- the bed spread had big stains on the underside, I didn't want to even touch the towels which were supposed to be peach colored but had a sick gray haze- I used my own instead! I went out to find some dinner and foolishly brought my take out back and when I went to sit down on the chair at the table, the seat was cover in stains and I lost my appetite. The window wouldn't lock and since there was no other means of ventilation I "slept" with it open. I say "slept" because the walls were so thin they may as well have not been there. I could hear every burp, nose honk, conversation and tv show of my neighbor's until quite late when they finally simmered down. The bed sheets felt like they might disintegrate when I unwillingly touched them, they were so old and worn. The neighborhood, just outside of the center of town seemed really sketchy and traveling as a solo female, I was scared. And on top of being completely grossed out, I was a bit afraid to sleep. Fortunately I escaped unharmed. I was on the road for two weeks on PCH and this was THE single worst stay of the entire trip. AND the most expensive.

Holistic Getaway
We LOVED the parca floors (carpets are hard to know if clean) and the registration process was a breeze and very friendly. Wi-fi was very week in our room. We would stay here again.

Great place for familiies
This stay is conveniently located close to roads leading to Mendocino, and is a 12 minute drive to the Glass Beach. The owners are helpful and very concerned about every aspect of the stay.
