Convenient and clean hotel
Good location. Train station across the street. Family Mart (convenient store within 2 minutes walk). Several restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The hotel room itself is OK for 1 night stay. Typical small size hotel room for Japanese hotel. Friendly staff.

Convenient and luxurious hotel with great staff
Hotel had a great little coffee shop attached, with reasonable prices. Great service from the staff. I accidentally booked a smoking room and they fixed it immediately for me. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was also across the street from one of the Tokyo metro lines. Room was higher end than the others we had stayed at.

Great location and helpful staff
Like all other hotels in Japan, the room was a bit small but it was very well organized. Very helpful staff and great location made it a great stay.

Location is good!
We were here for business trip. The closest Bus from airport is at Ritz Carlton Akasaka; so we walked 20 mins to our hotel ( some ups and downs so if you are not fit, please take the taxi); the hotel bed is really big but the room is small. I can't barely fit 2 luggages. However, the location and service is super nice :) There's a cafe in the hotel and serve breakfast. try their yogurt, it's delicious. Will be back next time and perhaps get a smaller bed so I can have a bigger space in the room.
