Adair Country Inn and Restaurant, Bethlehem
Best place in the area, no question
Stayed for one night as part of a weekend getaway to celebrate a birthday. The hostess, Megan, was delightful and extremely accommodating. The inn is very convenient - right off the highway, really, and 10 minutes from Littleton, but still retains a lovely country feel. The inn itself is a a beautiful old home and a nice blend of homey luxury. The way they have it set up with roaring fires in the living room and basement / rec room, with gorgeous old granite walls, tea and coffee you can grab whenever you'd like, and stacks of bookshelves and board games - all very welcoming and inviting. The food was excellent and I don't know any other place that offers popovers hot out of the oven once you sit down to breakfast. Of course, everything was clean and comfortable. I am not a B & B kind of person, usually, but would come back here in a second.

Relaxing and Romantic
The Adair is a lovely place to spend a relaxing and/or romantic weekend or vacation. It's in a gorgeous spot with beautiful landscaping. The innkeepers were friendly and made you feel comfortable right away. We particularly enjoyed the patio overlooking the grounds with a distant view of Mount Washington. Hope to return again!

Do it. Book it right now.
Great place. If you're liking for tv's and a loud bar this is not the place for you. Quiet, clean, great friendly service and a hearty 3 course breakfast. Very close to great skiing. We will stay there again for sure.

Romantic and gorgeous!
So happy with every aspect of this wonderful Inn! It was comfortable and cozy, clean and friendly. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Quiet and relaxing and quaint. Would highly recommend! One note: the local area doesn't really have much for nightlife, if that is what you are looking for. Food is delicious at the restaurant, and they had great options for me, and I am a vegetarian.
