Will never back again!
The hotel is looks very good however we have many problems in this stay, It start with cold water in shower all the time and after they fix it it become cold again the day after. In the night the AC stopped working 2 time and the light was on in the middle of night!! And many time wasn't power electric. They didn't clean our room in the first day because we didn't press the button!! I stay in many hotels and never needed to press any button!! and also the second they we pressed the button and still didn't clean our room! so we have to call them come to clean. We was so surprised because we stay before in DusitThani krabi and it was amazing but this is not exactly dusit thani, So not recommended at all, also we have to walk on a mountain to go to the room and it was very hard every-time, and when we checked out they even didn't come to help us with the luggage, and we have to pay another 1000B for extend stay for 3 hours!! and actually they need to pay us for all those problems. Only the location was good near all restaurants and close to the beach. Will never back again!

Superb Service with high quality ammenities
We had a fantastic 10 day stay. the hotel felt brand new after a recent refurbishment and our deluxe room was in a brand new block. Spacious and comfortable with all mod cons. Loads of plug points, king size bed with soft pillows, 50" TV with choice of English lang programmes and huge shower. WiFi worked well over the complete hotel complex. It was all topped off with superlative customer service. They even arranged anniversary flowers at short notice.

Not worth for the money. Can have better choice. A lot of hotel around Ao nang beach, as long as u rent a bike everywhere is accessible.there is a construction besides the hotel, can’t relax at the pool and also breakfast is not good.

Perfect for the Price!
The hotel was perfect for our purposes (we were mainly out at the beach). The staff was very pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean, and wifi worked well! All in all, a great stay for our price range!

Upscale, good location
Great rooms, great service. Wifi is great in some places and only so-so in others. Great location only 10 min walk from Ao Nang beach. You can book boats from this beach to get to many other islands so this was very convenient. Quiet at night and good breakfast. Pleased with our stay, I would definitely stay here again. Traveled January 2017 as siblings.
