Good hotel in Paris near Gare du nord
The hotel is actually quite nice. I didn't notice before that they don't have air-conditioned. For summer can be a challenge. However, they are very friendly and the breakfast is good tm for the price.

Attic room
The location is perfect. Very close to all transportation, but, our room in the attic had sloping ceiling which made it hard to get in bed and the toilet room was so small. Was very noisy at night.

Not good!!!
The rooms in this hotel are horrible! It’s dark, dingy, and downright gross. The room had an awful smell to it and everything was old and gross. The neighborhood was very scary! Females- do not go out alone after dark! The room was BEYOND small and cramped. 2 people and luggage do not fit in these rooms! The beds weren’t very comfortable and the hall was so dark you couldn’t tell if someone was lurking in the area! The only good thing was the front desk was accommodating when I got a call about a family emergency and had to leave early! It was a blessing! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the Paris charm! I am considering contacting and suggesting they remove this place from their options and petitioning for my money being refunded!

Good-value stopover for stations
Good value stopover hotel close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Comfy beds and nice to have a balcony in the room. Even better to have a kettle, which is rare in many European countries. For what I paid, and given it's Paris, it's a good option. I'd stay here again.

Very very cramped, but good location.
Great stay, only stayed for one night, but the location was great (consider that we're college students from Miami and have adapted perfectly to the city noise). It was nice to stay on a main street that was so lively. Bathroom was exaggeratedly small, and room overall was cramped, but honestly can't complain.
