Exceptional 10.0
Love this place
Excellent location! Clean, small but who's staying in their room in Boston except to sleep and change clothes?! Cute little kitchenette. Close to everything. We loved it!

Poor 2.0
More an airbnb (and a bad one) than a hotl.
This is not really a hotel, its more of a poor airbnb. You arrive at the address and they send you to a different building, no staff, really an apartment building with your key. My room was poorly maintained and had unidentified objects that had dried on the walls. Two nights of a horrible experience. Should not be listed on Hotels.com

Very Good 8.0
Charming but Not Quiet
This is not the property's fault, but the traffic outside, and people walking by chatting, people sitting at the doorsteps chatting (not even the guests); are all loud. My room is in the first floor, while it's charming, it comes with the soundtrack of construction worker somewhere in the neighborhood, or garbage truck/at least the sound of truck backing up and the loud bang when it drop something to the ground at 6 in the morning. No alarm clock needed.

Fair 4.0
Would not stay again
First of all, this is not a hotel but a selection of apartments. The location is phenomenal! Right in the heart of Back Bay and close to the T, the location is perfect. However, the apartment that we got was small, cramped, dirty and subterranean. The shower was absolutely disgusting with a loose tile and the room didn’t even have a couch (which we needed). The bed moved around and didn’t even have a headboard and the apartment was at the bottom of a steep set of stairs which made everything a challenge with a small baby and stroller/carrier, not to mention luggage. I have thought long and hard about this review because I don’t like to be harsh and try to stay positive but the room was not a good fit.
