Some of the guests were arguing with the front desk, which made the place feel a little unsafe. There was a couple of groups of teenagers staying - I'm not sure if they were with a school group or not, but they were walking around late and very loud in the hallways. Also, our room was mostly clean.However, once we pulled back the sheets to go to bed, the fitted sheet was dirty and looked like it hadn't been changed. I got a new sheet from the front desk, and that was fine.

When I arrived I was meet by a rude front desk male staff I ask about the room deposit only cuz I was try to get an idea what it was for he say he had to charge it so I wait to ask what it was for and y so much just curious I ask another employee after she answered I set down in the lobby to move my money to the account he come over and tell me if I dnt book in ten minutes I had to get out I didn’t like his tone nor his attitude at all and I started not to book but the other employees were nice and welcoming the rooms are always clean and I like the hotel but it’s clear he thought I was beneath him and tried to employ I was gonna pay instead of treating me with respect he belittled me

I had 4 rooms booked for multiple of my technicians. 1 had significant signs of pest issues. He was promptly moved to a cleaner room, but we were unwilling to stay further nights. We rebooked with a differebt hotel and didnt return.
