Look around before staying here!
1. Rude receptionists. 2. No elevator 3. No Porters 4. No beach towels. 5. Had to pay for lounge chairs.

Disappointed
I made the reservation months before my stay and requested and paid for an ocean view. I got a room with an ocean view on the first floor with 4 very tall trees in the front which totally blocked the ocean view. The staff looks way over stressed and it is hard to get the attention you think you will be getting. I was in line in front of a couple at the reception desk and when the older Male receptionist finished with them and I was ready to ask my question. He saw a big group come in to register and told me I had to get behind ALL OF THEM to ask my question because he had too many things to do. I just left. There is no elevator and you have to carry your own luggage, which I was not aware of. Would I go back to this place again? NO....I felt I was paying way too much for what I got.

We opted for half board. Plenty of choice at opening time but food gets cold and gone fast! No beach towels provided and room towels not to go to beach. Easy bus to Old City.

The staff was excellent. The server at the restaurant "Mario", and short woman with black hair were two of the nicest people in Croatia. The house main, with brownish hair, was very nice. Here are a few suggestions to improve the stay of your guest.; Add a flat iron, and ironing board to each room. Add a ice machine to the hotel. Add wash cloths to each hotel room. Add a small security safe to each rooom. These small conveniences will make a huge difference, and increase he comfort of your guests.

Just a room, very hot and uncomfortable. Opened window but we were on a back alley this did very little to help. Staff were ok at best.
