Not the place to stay if you want to sleep
The hotel is in an area of Bristol with offices, restaurants, a nightclub and a casino. So think large numbers of revelers in the neighborhood and, when it's open, booming, window-rattling noise from the club. It's the typical sleek Ibis style, with clean, functional, but not very spacious rooms. There's also the step to get into the space capsule, so for a modern hotel with elevators, it's not as accessible as you would imagine. It does not have its own parking area. You have to use the underground Millennium parking garage across the street - at a charge, of course. Here are the reasons I don't intend to stay here again: - It was so noisy outside that, even on the second night when the nightclub was not in session, I couldn't sleep with the windows open. - Desk staff are pleasant, but not particularly well-trained and supported. I was given misleading information on check-in on the price I would pay at the parking garage if the hotel stamped my ticket. But I had to pay three times as much as I was told. - Like the surrounding area, it's a bit of a party place. The bar stays open until the early hours of the morning. - We were kept awake for more than two hours by a fire alarm, set off by vandals. A sensor was broken, the staff could not switch it off and the fire brigade refused to attend to it because of the number of false alarms at the premises. Don't assume it won't happen again.

Perfect location..but not the best option
Both the room & the bathroom are very small. There is no fridge, complimentary water or tissue. We called the room service for a tissue box but they said they don't provide it with the room. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff and location.

Very efficient Hotel
Satyed in Bristopl during Rugby World Cup. Location of Hotel was good. Hotel was new and very clean and well managed. Front desk were very helpful. Only negative comment would be that the rooms are super small, beds are small and not the most comfortable, most likely that the view from your window is not great, but it is located by the newly developed area by river and river boats, great area to go for a stroll and plenty of places to eat and drink.

Not the Best Stay
For some reason I was put in a disabled room, with a very weak and tepid shower, next to the lift! Check in staff could not grasp the pronunciation of my name (very simple), and struggled even after I spelt out all 6 letters 3 times - then proceeded to try and charge me for a pre-paid booking!

Functional room in good location
Room was more functional than comfortable/luxurious. Walls were just painted rough concrete stippled finish so felt a bit cheap. Shower was cold until I worked out that if I ran the hand-basin tap at the same time then it would get warm. Was a bit disappointed as I thought the hotel was newer than that. On the positive side the bed was comfortable, the room warm and was quiet.
